How can I apply for an advance against my settlement claim?

If you conclude that a settlement advance is the right solution for you, just follow the simple steps below:

  • Call us on 1300 100 884 or request a callback. We will need details of your settlement claim.
  • Notify your Solicitor as soon as you can and provide them with authorisation to provide us with information we require in relation to your case.
  • Provide us with 100 points of identification and verify your bank account details for disbursement.
  • We will perform a bankruptcy check and liaise with your Solicitor to have the Irrevocable Authority signed for you. Once your Solicitor has confirmed everything and signed the authority your approval is finalised within the matter of hours and funds will be disbursed to your nominated bank account.

Can I apply for another settlement advance if I have already received one?

We do not recommend re-borrowing against your settled claim as each new advance will attract further fees. However, we know that the unexpected can happen and further funds may be required for additional expenses, therefore we can reassess a possible further advance.

How much can I advance?

Depending on your funding requirements, the net value of your claim and the stage of your claim, we can advance funds from as little as $5,000 +*. Please note that the stage of the claim depends heavily on the amount of funds we can advance to you.
